Through a series of site visits and workshops, assisted this community organisation to identify stakeholders, facilitated development of a strategic property management plan to meet ILC requirements and coached corporation members in their obligations and responsibilities as board members and in regard to financial procedures. Bindi-Aliera were seeking funding and partnerships with government bodies to develop art and cultural tourism business opportunities on their rural landholding.
