DoTARS ‘Whole of Government’ Strategic Planning

Client: Department of Transport and Regional Services (DoTARS).

Location/s: Canberra

Facilitation of strategic plan for DoTARS as lead agency for the West Kimberley COAG whole of government trial site. This project involved reviewing background information for the West Kimberley region, coaching the DoTARS team in community development and cross cultural approaches while facilitating the development of their plan and developing them as a team.

Integrated Heritage Management Workshop

Client: Environment Australia and Australian Heritage Commission (with Fathom Group)

Location/s: Canberra

Designed and delivered a two-day workshop on Integrated Heritage Management, developing a methodology which allows appropriate consideration of natural, Indigenous and historic heritage in management planning and implementation. The workshop focused especially on management planning for coastal heritage places.
