Assisted in this project, developing a questionnaire into training needs, assisting with the development of the training program, and the delivery of two two-week residential training programs for practitioners and community members. This training program was later run (usually biannually) as part of the James Cook University Cultural Resources Masters Degree program.

Assisted in the design and facilitation of a two-day strategic planning retreat with the board and senior staff of The Fred Hollows Foundation and subsequent board strategic planning development. This project required quickly coming to an understanding of the programs and operations of the Foundation and the complex issues affecting its future.
