Design of Integrated Monitoring System for State Agency
Client: NSW Ageing and Disability Department (ADD)
Location/s: Armidale, Coffs Harbour, Singleton, Newcastle West, Dubbo, Orange, Wagga, Albury, Goulburn, Kiama, Wollongong, Bexley, Ryde, (NSW)
With the Albany Consulting Group, participated as senior member of the project team which reviewed monitoring systems used by ADD for funded services ($800 million). Developed a new monitoring system based on a review of best practice and extensive focus group research with funded agencies and services.

Barnardos Cultural Competency Review
Client: Barnardos Australia (Wollongong) and The Drug and Alcohol Multicultural Education Centre (DAMEC).

Facilitated a review and analysis of all services offered by Barnardos, Wollongong, to test their effectiveness in reaching and meeting the needs of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities.
