KSA provides a range of mediation and negotiation support services:

• Problem identification and clarification
• Facilitation and development of MOUs
• Dispute resolution
• Facilitation of negotiated agreements

Much of our mediation and negotiation work takes place in the context of our strategic planning work.

Some of our projects include:

• Facilitation of Dispute Resolution between three Universities and a major Museum
• Queensland Indigenous Working Group negotiation with the Queensland government
