Designed and conducted research into the Aboriginal experience of and attitudes towards the Job Network involving: the identification of Influence Mechanisms and Best Practice Issues for Job Network members delivering services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients; Developed a toolkit for Indigenous community organisations to use in seeking better service from the job network.
